Operating since 1998, iSPACE holds ICASA IECNS and IECS licences and runs its own network infrastructure rather than reselling a third party’s service — with presence in Teraco data centres and last-mile access across multiple licensed fibre network operators.

Backup and disaster recovery replication between data centres via Veeam.
Proactive monitoring: we monitor customer services continuously from multiple independent vantage points, including from outside South Africa, so that we can verify a service is reachable internationally and not only from within our own network. Faults are frequently detected and escalated before a customer reports them.
